Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer to design Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This will involve meeting with project managers, analyzing project objectives, coding new Salesforce applications, creating customer workflows, maintaining user roles, and troubleshooting application errors. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Meeting with program managers to determine Salesforce needs
  • Developing customized solutions in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other technologies within the Salesforce platform
  • Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications
  • Creating timelines and development goals
  • Testing the stability and functionality of the application
  • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
  • Writing documents and providing technical training for staff
  • Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software

Qualifications

The successful applicant for the position will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field
  • Salesforce development experience
  • Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Previous work experience writing Apex classes and triggers, and Lightning Web Components
  • Experience developing customer-facing interfaces
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
  • Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce
  • Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API
  • Familiar with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX
  • Working knowledge of mavensMate or eclipse
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional task management and organizational skills
  • Collaborative and positive team-building demeanor

Physical Requirements

Normal office setting.

Hours of Work

Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with flexible options. Occasional weekend or evening hours.
